Sweet Baby

What a magical shoot this was. As I was driving to the house I was going over my work flow in my mind. I always do this before a shoot so that I am more prepared and can stay on task. Almost like a  dress rehearsal in mind. I was thinking about the many different poses that the client and I had discussed and was praying we could get them all done. You just never know how each baby will be when you get there. When I walked through her doors and saw mom standing there holding her new baby I was overwhelmed with the sense of easiness, love and calm. I knew this was going to be magical.

So here she is in all her glory. What a doll! Mom, dad and baby you are truly blessed.

Let me just say that getting this already tiny baby in this pocket was not easy. Luckily she was so sleepy she didn't mind all the moving about! The end result is awesome!

This last one was mom's idea too! She is a mail carrier and thought it would be cute to incorporate the mailbox. She was right! So cute!

Bork Family

I'm so happy that I got to photograph this beautiful family one last time before they moved out of Las Vegas. I had the pleasure of doing their engagement photos, their wedding and now a family session. This family is one of the nicest families I have met along the way and they just happen to have the two most precious little twin girls! These two babes gave me such a laugh doing our shoot. One didn't like the grass and the other couldn't get enough of it. One didn't like the wood bridge and the other was right at home there. HA! I get such a kick out of twins. So similar, yet so different. I hope I get to photograph them again in the future. Until then, enjoy your new adventure Bork family!

A Day in the Park

This shoot was such a fun one. It was completely low key and down to Earth. They wanted a lifestyle shoot in the park of the three of them just being them. We put a blanket down, took out some toys, a kite, and I started shooting away. I felt like I was just hanging out with my family. It was so cute to watch them play and interact. We got some of the best shots that day that were simple and unposed. Of course I through in a few posed ones but for the most part it was all natural fun!
